1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and elyucasino ("elyucasino," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at elyucasino.app.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the elyucasino platform — including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, bingo, crash games, slot machines, and any associated promotional or loyalty programs — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on elyucasino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

elyucasino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the elyucasino platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. elyucasino shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your elyucasino login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify elyucasino support immediately.

elyucasino reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the elyucasino platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). elyucasino supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification Requirement: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. elyucasino reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your elyucasino account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Fees: elyucasino does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which elyucasino bears no responsibility.

elyucasino reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, elyucasino may report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

elyucasino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all elyucasino bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. elyucasino reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or artificial wagering patterns — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the elyucasino platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing processes. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the placement of a wager.

By participating in any game on elyucasino, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All game results are final once confirmed by the elyucasino system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, elyucasino's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome. elyucasino is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and player tier. These limits are displayed within the game interface.
• elyucasino reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, placed after the relevant event has concluded, or placed in circumstances that suggest system exploitation.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game's interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the elyucasino platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the elyucasino platform
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing elyucasino staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the elyucasino platform
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the elyucasino platform — including but not limited to the elyucasino brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of elyucasino or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the elyucasino platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the elyucasino platform without prior written consent from elyucasino.

9. Privacy & Data

elyucasino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on elyucasino, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

elyucasino implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and login credentials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, elyucasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

elyucasino's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

elyucasino does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Termination

elyucasino reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to elyucasino, other players, or third parties
• The player has requested self-exclusion under elyucasino's Responsible Gaming policy
• elyucasino is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive

Upon termination for cause, elyucasino may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting elyucasino customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending transactions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

elyucasino operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

elyucasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, elyucasino will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the elyucasino platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
